If you're concerned about the discomfort,(and who isn't!) taking an advil or ibuprofin 30 minutes before your service will help. Remember, you will be more sensitive just before and after your monthly cycle, so take that into consideration when you schedule your appointment. Last, we offer truly private services, no one will know your business unless you tell them!

Q. How long does my hair need to be or how many days of growth are needed to be waxed?
A. Your hair should minimum 1/3-1/2 of an inch (about the width of a pencil). If it is more than 1/2 an inch for a bikini wax, you may want to trim especially
long hair for a more comfortable wax.
Q. Should I shower before being waxed?
A. If it refreshes you, than yes! But, it's not necessary. Just make sure you
don't apply any lotion.
Q. Will the hair grow back thicker?
A. No. That is a common misconception. Your genetic make-up
determines how coarse your hair will be. It's been shown that
consistent waxing, will thin the hair over time.
Q. Will I get a rash or any type of irritation?
A. Sometimes, red bumps will appear after a waxing, but usually go away
within 24 hours. This reaction lessens with repeated waxings.
